Start with where your attention goes
An owner's day crosses clients, suppliers, staff and decisions that cannot simply be delegated. The useful question is where preparation or repetitive admin is consuming attention you need elsewhere. I ask you to show me how that work currently happens.
A morning briefing, a follow-up list or help preparing client correspondence can be a manageable first project. We choose the problem before choosing a tool.
Keep the habits that work for you
You may prefer WhatsApp to a new dashboard, or a printed page to another app. The setup should respect that. I explain any changes needed to your existing accounts and teach you how to use the result.
- Advice and setup from the same named person.
- A first project with agreed outputs and itemised costs.
- Practice with your own tasks before relying on the setup.
Have someone to ask after the first project
If you keep me on as your embedded AI lead, it’s a monthly fee with a three-month minimum. It covers the next job on the list each month, looking after what’s already running and a check-in every week. If a job is too big for the monthly fee, I quote it before any work starts.
Start with a free 30-minute call. We pick one job worth fixing and measure it first. The fee for each step is agreed before it starts.
Illustrative example
Example first project: a calmer start to the day
An illustrative engagement begins with an owner who checks email, a calendar and scattered notes before deciding what to work on.
- Walk through how the owner currently prepares and where commitments get lost.
- Agree a short briefing with links to the original information and a familiar delivery format.
- Test it during normal working days and adjust the information it includes.
What we would agree first: The owner still makes business decisions. We agree what the assistant may read or do before connecting accounts.
Questions you may have
Do I need a clear idea before booking the call?
No. A picture of your working day is enough to begin. If you already know what you want, we can use the conversation to clarify the first project's scope.
Will I work with you or be handed to another team?
You work directly with me for advice, setup, training and the ongoing support we agree. I work with a small number of clients so I can stay involved.
Do you only work with small companies?
The offer is written for owners and professionals, but company size is not the deciding factor. Work involving larger teams can be discussed and scoped separately.
