Use an in-person session when seeing the work helps

Some tasks are easier to understand beside the person doing them. You can show me how you move between email, your calendar, paper notes and the people around you. That can reveal why an apparently simple change has not stuck.

A longer visit or period of shadowing is optional and quoted separately. You do not need to book a full day of discovery if the brief is already clear. We agree the purpose and arrangements before a visit.

Work on something you can picture using

A daily briefing on WhatsApp, a printable plan or a clearer follow-up list are examples of focused first projects. I explain the access and tools involved, build the agreed setup and practise with you using your own tasks.

The value discussion starts with your situation: the commitments you miss, the work you keep repeating or the preparation that takes too much attention. Any estimate should use an explicit basis from your business.

Keep a direct point of contact

You work with me through advice, setup and the support we agree. If you keep me on as your embedded AI lead, it’s a monthly fee with a three-month minimum. It covers the next job on the list each month, looking after what’s already running and a check-in every week. If a job is too big for the monthly fee, I quote it before any work starts.

Example visit: follow the first part of your working day

An illustrative discovery session looks at how you prepare before your first client meeting, with any screen-sharing or account access agreed beforehand.

  1. Show the information you check and the decisions you make before the meeting.
  2. Identify one preparation task that could be made easier.
  3. Agree whether a focused setup proposal or more investigation is the next useful step.

What we would agree first: Visits are confirmed in advance, including the purpose, location, timing and any access needed. You remain responsible for approving business decisions.

What does the first setup cost?

The 30-minute call is free. The first fix has a fixed price, quoted after the call. Software subscriptions, hosting and AI usage are listed separately from my fees.
