One client prints the briefing I built him every morning. His team drafts contracts from a shared Legal Library in Claude Cowork, with their own legal lead signing off. That’s the result I look for: something that fits how you work and gets used.
If a tool isn’t earning its place, I’ll say so.

We start with one workflow build, with a fixed scope and quoted project fee. I handle implementation, testing and training on your own tasks.
Once it’s working, an optional month-to-month partnership keeps it supported and improving. I take a small number of clients at a time.

Tools change weekly. Good workflows should outlast them. I try promising tools and assess whether they could improve the work already in place.
A tool only changes when the improvement justifies the disruption.

How I write
My articles start from my own notes and real client work. I use AI to help draft them, then I check the facts and edit them myself before anything goes live.
