I'm Henno Fourie. I help small businesses save 10 to 20 hours a week by automating the repetitive work that eats up their day. Invoicing, lead follow-ups, client onboarding, data entry, scheduling — the stuff you keep meaning to systematise but never get around to.
I'm based in Cape Town. I work hands-on with businesses here and remotely across South Africa. I don't send you a PDF and disappear. I embed myself in your operations, find the bottlenecks, and build the solution.
How I got here
I've spent over a decade in tech. The last few years, I've focused entirely on AI and automation for small businesses. Not the enterprise stuff with six-month timelines and seven-figure budgets — the kind that actually moves the needle for a 5-person team or a solo founder.
I got into this because I kept seeing the same pattern: small businesses drowning in manual work while the tools to fix it already existed. The problem wasn't technology. It was that nobody was translating the technology into something practical for businesses that don't have an IT department.
That's what I do. I bridge the gap between what AI can do and what your business actually needs.
How I work
Every engagement starts with a free audit — a 30-minute conversation where I learn how your business runs and where the biggest time sinks are. No pitch deck. No generic recommendations. I ask questions, listen, and tell you what I'd automate first.
If we work together, the process is simple:
- Shadow Day. I spend time in your business (in person or remotely) watching how things actually work. Not how you think they work — how they really work. This is where I find the hidden bottlenecks.
- Build. I design and build the automations using tools like n8n, Make, and custom AI integrations. I connect them to the software you already use — Xero, HubSpot, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, whatever's in your stack.
- Deploy and train. I set everything live, walk your team through it, and make sure it sticks. No training manual that nobody reads — hands-on, practical onboarding.
- Ongoing support. Optional monthly retainer for monitoring, tweaks, and building new automations as your business evolves. No lock-in. Everything I build, you own.
