Plan an in-person session around a clear task

If you prefer working together in person in Cape Town, contact me to discuss availability before making arrangements. It helps to choose a concrete purpose for the session, such as practising with an AI tool, walking through a document process or reviewing a proposed first setup.

The free 30-minute online call can establish that purpose first. We can then decide whether an in-person session would add value and agree its scope and arrangements.

Keep the project moving between sessions

The setup and ongoing support can continue online. Shared examples and a clear record of what we have agreed let us review the work without relying on every step happening in the same room.

For a briefing or follow-up assistant, we test how it behaves during your normal working day. For a document library, we practise the drafting and review process with the people who will use it. The project determines the format.

Know what you are agreeing to

I quote the first project before setup. Software, hosting and AI usage costs are itemised. If further discovery or travel arrangements affect the scope, we discuss them before you commit.

  • A free 30-minute call online, where we pick one job worth fixing.
  • One or two recommendations in writing within two working days.
  • Optional in-person work in Cape Town, confirmed directly.
  • An agreed retainer for continuing advice and support after setup.

Do you offer in-person AI consulting in Cape Town?

Yes, by arrangement. Email me to discuss the work and confirm availability. I am based in Johannesburg, so please arrange the session before planning around it.

Can we do the whole project online?

Yes. Advice, setup, practice sessions and continuing support can be arranged online. An in-person meeting is an option, not a prerequisite.

Will you remain involved after the first session?

If you keep me on as your embedded AI lead, it’s a monthly fee with a three-month minimum. If a job is too big for the monthly fee, I quote it before any work starts.
