Do you provide training after setup?

Yes. Every project includes a handover session where we walk your team through each automation, explain how to monitor it, and show how to make basic adjustments. We also provide written documentation with screenshots.

For complex setups, we offer extended training packages so your team is fully self-sufficient.

What if an automation breaks after you set it up?

All project-based work includes 30 days of post-launch support at no extra cost. If something breaks during that period, we fix it. For ongoing retainer clients, support is included in the monthly fee.

After the support period, you can either manage it yourself (we've trained your team) or extend with a retainer. Either way, you're never left stranded.
